Patients have the ability to schedule a free call with one of our specialists. This consultation can be easily scheduled using our calendar feature, where patients can select the closest available day. Notifications will ensure that you don’t miss your appointment.

MD-to-MD Consultations:

You can schedule a call between your current medical doctor and one of our MDs on the platform for free. This allows your doctor to discuss your past medical history and confirm the suitability of our treatments, ensuring you feel comfortable and informed.

Medical History Uploads:

If you have healthcare records from the past year, including CAT scans, blood tests, and other relevant documents, you can upload them to our platform for review during your intake call with a specialist. This call will either be covered by insurance or available for a fee of $59 if you don’t have insurance.

Insurance Assistance:

We help verify if your insurance can cover our treatments. If you don’t have insurance, we offer competitive quotes for new insurance plans suitable for both medium and high-income families, as well as businesses.

Patient Portal:

Once approved for treatment, you can sign in to your patient portal to update your information, including insurance details, medical documents, and ID. You can also schedule and track your treatments, see if your insurance was approved, and know the details of the nurse or servicing centre facilitating your treatment.


Process Details:

1. Exploring Treatment Options:
  • Clients can browse the MD Global Care platform to explore various treatment options, including stem cell therapy and regenerative medicine.
  • Detailed descriptions of each treatment are available to help clients make informed decisions.
2. Scheduling a Specialist Call:
  • After selecting a treatment, clients can schedule a free call with a specialist.
  • Alternatively, clients can upload their medical history from the past year to the platform.
3. Virtual Intake Call:
  • A medical professional approved on the platform will conduct a thorough intake call to review the client’s medical history.
  • This call can be covered by insurance; if not, clients can pay a $59 fee for the service.
  • The intake call will ensure the treatment is tailored to the client’s needs and medically approved.
4. Financial Arrangements:
  • Before approval of the treatment plan, clients will be required to make the full payment to secure their treatment date.
  • Payment can be made online via card, wire transfer, or other accepted payment methods.
  • Once patients’ treatment plan approved, all treatment information will be uploaded to patient’s portal with email confirmation.
5. Scheduling Treatment:
  • Clients can schedule their treatment based on the availability of medical administrators on the platform’s calendar.
  • The platform allows clients to choose dates and times that fit their schedules.
6. Final Payment and Treatment Confirmation:
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full when treatment is fully scheduled.
  • Upon receiving the full payment, the nurse or medical professional will be confirmed to administer the tailored treatment at the client’s home or chosen location.
